Hackney Circle is completely free. We work with our cultural partners in the borough to promote their free events and activities. It is an exciting and wide variety of activities! We also distribute special discounted tickets and offers. Start receiving our regular updates by becoming a member.

Hackney Circle’s background
Hackney Circle was conceived in 2014 in response to feedback from older residents of Hackney concerned about the redevelopment of the borough.
Residents were concerned that changes were not taking into account the needs of older residents, preventing them from enjoying the cultural activities and regeneration taking place in the area.
Today the Hackney Circle is a growing membership group with a specific focus on building partnerships and opportunities for older residents to creatively engage with local businesses.
Our programmes support the local cultural ecosystem by working with our members to create a wide range of benefits for both the membership and our business partners.
Our membership platform
To help support the communication of information to our members we teamed up with Hoop’d to provide Hackney Circle with a new membership and engagement platform.
We are now able to grow the Hackney Circle membership, provide our members with more tailored services and support, and begin collaborating more effectively with businesses, partners and stakeholders across the borough.
